Quick update

I'm long overdue for some updates. Work has been absolutley crazy since Nov. 1st. Add in Thanksgiving, a trip to Indiana, Christmas and everything else going on and the blog has been neglected. I have continued to capture images during this time and will be sharing some soon.

Eventually I'd like to change this to a more featured website. I've purchased judwickersham.com so it may just happen.

Fall Fest

Fall fest at Healing Place Church.
I took this freehand and had a little movement.
I wish I would have used a tripod.

Conversation.

Pirates Alley

Cafe Du Monde

Early in the morning before the customers arrive and if you look closely the music is already a playin'.

Jackson Square

Here's a picture from Jackson Square in New Orleans on a foggy morning.

Bald Eagles

Quite a site. We saw at least 5 different eagles this day.

It's lonely at the top

I think this is a vulture - not really sure. I shot him (with camera - not a gun) on a recent fishing trip on Lake Verret.

Updates

I've been very busy with work the last few months and my blog posts have suffered. I stayed up way too late last night adding some of my latest pix. I'm sure enjoying my camera. I bought a cheap fish-eye lens adapter so I can start playing with that. It also has macro capability so you might just see a bug close up. Hope you enjoy the photos. Feel free to comment on anything.

Alligator

At one point he was within 5 feet of the canoe. Of course I didn't have my camera ready for that shot. Posted by Picasa

Navigating my Yacht through the Bayou

Here I am paddling Bayou Cane just after Hurricane Katrina. Saw one gator this day. See photo above. Posted by Picasa
